Reflections on Key Factors of Check on Cardres

Performance is the presentation of objective results acquired through working process by a staff and the presentation of personal capability of a staff.Fundamental principle of Management science explains performance appraisal as the systematic analysis and assessment of working results and personal capacities by certain quantity or quality.This paper is aimed at inquiring into the appraisal system of cadres scientifically,systematically and standardizedly,and looking for the key factors of "Virtue,Capability,Diligence,Achievement,Honesty and Health",and relations among these factors,in order to guide performance appraisal both theoretically and practically.
