Fuzzy evaluation modeled risk assessment of Colleges and Universities' Sci-tech Innovation

Risk, existing in various forms during the process of Colleges and Universities' Sci-tech Innovation (CUSTI): the project application period, the project development period and the achievement transformation period, is a vital reason that restricts the innovation at colleges and universities. Fuzzy evaluation model is constructed and empirically operated based on the characteristics of CUSTI's achievement transformation period, which realizes the scientific analysis and measurement.
