Study on Model of Location and Allocation for Emergency Resource

With the high rate of recurrence of emergency disaster,more and more research are based on emergency relief,included resource location and allocation.We propose a multi-objective model based on scenario analysis, which are about multi-suplier and multi-demand.At the same time the location of warehouses are decided by allocation of resource.When we solve the model,we give the proof of the pareto solution and do some numerical experimentations.
