Application of frequent pattern mining in touch-screen interface design

As a new man-machine interface,the interface design of touch-screen significantly influences users' operations.In this paper,based on the application background of battery charge/discharge automatic control system,an approach of touch-screen interface design is proposed,in which data mining technique is applied.A data set is obtained by collecting touch key sequence data in process of operating touch-screen,and frequent pattern mining technique is applied for obtaining frequent touch key patterns.Finally,the patterns are used to guide the touch keys location assignment in touch-screen interface.
