A DRM system for mobile digital journals based on OMA DRM model

In this paper, we introduced some concepts, technologies and applications of digital rights management first. According to the concepts, we got a kind of DRM solution for mobile digital journals publishing based on OMA DRM 2.0 and mobile devices' characteristics. Especially, we focused on the security mechanism in the new digital rights management system, such as encrypting, decrypting and keys transmission technologies.
