Gluten related disorders

Gluten-free diet has become very common. But only a minority of people has been diagnosed with gluten related disorders as celiac disease (CD), wheat allergy (WA) and non celiac gluten sensitivity (NGCS). These are diferent disease, but they can have similar clinical manifestations. The diagnosis is based on the clinical manifestations and tests for CD and WA. The treatment is the gluten or wheat exclusion diet, but with rigor in the withdrawal of gluten and different prognosis according to the specific disorder.
