The invention discloses a method, a device and a system for obtaining maintenance data and belongs to the field of the mobile phones. The method for obtaining the maintenance data comprises the steps of establishing connection with a maintained device, sending a maintenance instruction, which is used for instructing the maintained device to execute an operation corresponding to the maintenance instruction and related to maintenance, to the maintained device, and receiving the maintenance data sent by the maintained device, wherein the maintenance data are data generated after the maintained device executes the operation corresponding to the maintenance instruction and related to maintenance. The maintenance instruction is sent to the connected maintained device by use of a maintenance device so as to obtain the maintenance data generated by the maintained device under the maintenance instruction; as a result, the technical problem that maintaining a mobile phone according to a fault described by a user is easy to cause recurrence of the fault in the prior art is solved, and therefore, the probability of fault recurrence of the mobile phone is increased and the maintenance difficulty of the mobile phone is greatly reduced.
