Development of Precision Progressive Die for CAM of Low-carbon Steel Based on Cold Forging Process

A processing technic for the CAM of low-carbon steel was introduced.The carrying way of strip material was created based on forging scheme of MOCK-UP,and the forging process of CAM was simulated by MARC software.A precision cold forging progressive die based on cold forging process was developed.The die has high strength and accuracy and reasonable structure,which explore an effective forming way for the similar cold forging.
