SAN ANTONIO'S TRANSGUIDE : ANALYSIS OF THE BENEFITS

Twenty-six miles (41.8 km) of Interstate highway went on line in mid-1995, the first component in San Antonio's proposed 191 mile (307 km) ITS project known as TransGuide. How has the system fared?
