Sampling data are read and processed from a PQView database. The method includes the steps of performing normalization processing on sampling point data to obtain a normalization index; obtaining a corresponding simple power quality index assessment coefficient according to the normalization index; multiplying the simple power quality index assessment coefficient by signal index fractions respectively and summarizing to obtain single power quality index scores; and finally, obtaining power quality comprehensive assessment results according to a power quality score comparison table. According to the comprehensive assessment method, the data come from the PQView database of the existing power quality monitoring and management system, and the comprehensive assessment of the performance index of the power quality can be completed without increasing equipment investment; and the implementation mode is simple, the invested cost is low, and quality and reliability of the power quality monitoring and management system can be improved.
