Provided in the present invention are a method, user terminal, base station, and system for reporting channel state information. The method comprises: acquiring channel state information (CSI); and, reporting the acquired CSI to a base station, where the CSI reported comprises at least one among the following information: a first repetition count; at least one channel quality indicator (CQI), where the at least one CQI is a CQI corresponding to a second repetition count; a third repetition count and at least one CQI corresponding to the third repetition count; and, a fourth repetition count and at least two CQIs respectively corresponding to the fourth repetition count.
