The optimization of traffic flow was studied in this paper.Modern intelligent transportation systems require real-time travel time of dynamic traffic network.Because the traditional model is too complex,and costs too much computational time,it is difficult to provide real-time travel time.In order to overcome these shortcomes,a dynamic traffic network analysis model of calculate real-time was given in the paper.The travel time for reference can be computed with this model.first.LWR traffic flow model was used to construct the continuity equation of initial value-boundary condition,then high order Runge-Kutta method was used to calculate of flow,density and speed on the section.The further travel time required by the vehicle was computed,and the travel time of the full section or the road network can be obtained by the sumeach travel time.Finally,the proposed dynamic traffic network model was simulated for a small network of freeway traffic flows.Simulation results show that the model developed in this paper can accelerate solve the ravel time of dynamic network traffic flow,so the goal of providing real-time information can be achieved.
