Method and apparatus for controlling handover in an environment supportive of moving cells

This document proposes a method for a first mobile cell (Moving Cell) The base station controls a handover in a wireless environment that supports mobile cell (Moving Cell). First moving the cell base station to accomplish this is performing measurements on at least one adjacent base station signal, but on the basis of the measurement result determined handover or not, the first mobile-cell base station uses the information on the mobile cell specific cell ID and the second to the cell of the one or more neighboring base station can be controlled not to perform the handover.
