Electric Power Testing System for Mini-generator Based on the Virtual Instrument Technique

To guarantee the security and the stability of the electric equipment, it is indispensable to test and monitor the electric power of mini generators. This paper describes an electric power testing system for mini generators, which is based on the combination of the VI (virtual instrument) technique, the DAQ(data acquisition) technique and the LabVIEW technique and has many advantages such as real-time testing, fast and accurate testing, visual display of the test results, and low testing expenses.
