New Methods on Wideband Amplifier Modeling Taking into Account Frequency Dependent Behavior

This paper deals with wideband power amplifier modeling taking into account HF memory effects. Our goal is to improve amplifier models used in a digital simulation in order to simulate IIS and amplifier frequency dependence behavior. We propose two new models. Their advantages and drawbacks are described in this paper.
