The traction machine is fixedly connected to the traction machine mounting plate, the shock-reducing rubber gasket is fixedly connected to the bottom of the traction machine mounting plate, and is fixedly connected to the rack component, the counter-weight rope head plate is fixedly connected in the rack component, and the fixed support is connected with the counter-weight guide rail and the rack component through bolts, and is fixed to a shaft well through steel expansion bolts. The traction machine rack device has the advantages that the requirement for supporting force of the traction machine of the home elevator can be met, mounting is simplified, cost is lowered, and the top space of a shaft of the home elevator cannot be influenced.
