A filtration device module for water treatment which can construct a filtration device with various shapes by modulating a filtration device for water treatment, easily manufactures and maintains the filtration device by repairing or replacing only modules of lowered filtering function, and can prevent contamination of various water systems by optionally packing at least one filtering materials into the filtering device is provided. A filtration device module for water treatment comprises: a box structure(100) comprising a bottom face into which a plurality of permeation holes are perforated such that wastewater, sewage or rainwater can pass through the permeation holes, and side walls(120) extending upward from side ends of the bottom face; a vertical overflow pipe(200) which faces upward from the bottom face of the box structure, and is installed within the box structure; and a filtering material(400) packed into the remaining space except a space occupied by the vertical overflow.
