IN service provision using VLR in IMT-2000 network

In this paper we propose a network model to efficiently provide IN service in a mobile network. There are two signaling architectures: MSC/SSP and SCP/HLR. We propose an IN service provision method using VLR and analyze the performance of IN service management in the two architectures. These methods show that the load of SCP/HLR is decreased and our method is better than IMT-2000 with regard to IN service management.
