Main driver of semiconductor device

A main driver of a semiconductor device is provided to increase the operation characteristic of a circuit by configuring a transistor for inputting data with 1-transistor. A pull-up code controller(P12~P16) controls the impedance of pull-up data according to a plurality of pull-up codes. The pull-up data controller(P18) transmits the output of the pull-up code controller to an output terminal according to pull-data input state. A pull-down code controller(N12~N16) controls the impedance of pull-down data according to a plurality of pull-down codes. The pull-down controller(N18) transmits the output of the pull-down code controller to the output terminal according to the input state of pull-down data. The pull-up data controlling part includes a first driver component for pull-up data receiving pull-up data. The pull-down data controller includes the second driver device for receiving the input of the pull-down data.
