All occupational health program aims to ensure optimal working conditions for all members, promoting the continuous improvement of its
subprogram’s and the active participation of people. It is proven that good management and good performance of P.S.O. generates a positive impact on the development of activities by the human resource, it’s known that people need
motivation and good management practices. But we must remember that any program implemented in the organization, must be submitted for evaluation at the end of its activities, this in order to measure effectiveness, the achievement of the objectives and take corrective action and
continuous improvement of the program. Senior management must unconditionally support the work of Occupational Health, ensuring the management of resources required for the development of all sub-activities that have lead and equally promote the program within the Organization.
