대형전동기 내부 유동 특성에 관한 수치해석적 연구

Electric motor capacity highly depends on the temperature of core and coil. In order to design the cooling system, Inside flow characteristics are very important factors. In this study, three dimensional flow field analysis is performed computationally and the results are compared with PIV(Particle image velocimeter) measuring data. CFD simulation can be a very useful tool for the prediction of flow characteristics in a motor cooling system.
