굴삭기용 탠덤펌프의 제어기능 분석

Hydraulic pump which is controlled by a regulator has more than one control function such like flow, pressure, and power. Regulator makes complex hydraulic system controlled by hydraulic valves simple and has advantages to reduce power consumption and heat generation. Because of this, it is widely used for machinery required a high power in confined space. Regulator that is applied to the excavator performs five control functions that excavator requires by controling tandem pump. This study analyzes the operation structure of the regulator, induces control model which is configured as proportional mechanism and demonstrate the control functions and control performance through the experiments.
