Effect of Al-Quran Recitation on Human Physiology

It is the nature of the human body that responds to rhythmic sound. This study aims to investigate the effect of Quran recitation on the human physiology of the heart. Electrocardiogram (ECG) signals. The data were collected from nine subjects in two phases. Firstly, data were collected when subjects were not listening to the Quran and secondly when they were allowed to listen to Quran recitation. We performed extensive machine learning based-analysis to differentiate the ECG data of a person while listening to Al-Quran. We were able to classify the ECG signals of both classes with high accuracy.
