Analysis on Speed Error for Airborne Formation Flying InSAR

Speed error problem for airborne formation flying InSAR is analyzed. The difference of plane speed is discussed quantificationally. The simulation result that near plane speed is 1.01, 1.1, 1.3 times to the far plane is given out. The error expression is deduced for azimuth baseline. The relation between phase error and plane speed, horizontal baseline, vertical baseline is pointed out. In order to compensate the twisted stripe in interferogram, we present estimating speed and baseline according to navigation parameter first, then compensate quadratic phase. By using the compensation algorithm proposed in the paper, more precise DEM can be acquired.
