Optimization Design on Part of Structural Parameters of Pneumatic Rock-drilling Based on MATLAB

The operating principle of Y018 type pneumatic rock-drilling was introduced in detail.The mathematical model on impact energy was established.To maximize the impact energy,the linearly constrained optimization program was written by MATLAB software.The result that the impact energy calculated by optimized structural parameter is bigger than that computed by original structural parameter is obtained.The shortcoming that pneumatic rock drill inefficiently uses energy is to some degree overcome.The optimazation mothed supplies reference to the design of the other pneumatic rock drill.
