A new method to robust controller design

The contribution of this paper consists of the derivation of a new robust PID controller design procedure with respect to real convex polytopic uncertainty. The obtained results are compared with respect to conservativeness with results obtained in [1],[11]. The obtained results for 100 generated uncertain plants with affine type uncertainty imply that in the paper proposed method is less conservativeness than classical one. The interest of proposed new method of robust stability condition mainly relies on the additional degrees of freedom supplied by the introduction of new auxiliary matrices.
