Selective determination of Cr(VI) oxyanions using a poly‐3‐methylthiophene‐modified electrode

Poly-3-methylthiophene-modified platinum electrodes are useful for measuring trace levels of chromium(VI) oxyanions. Chromium(III) species do not interfere. The nature of the response is elucidated using scanning electron microscopy and electron microprobe analysis.
