The structure and principle of the denoise rectifier used for gas ultrasonic flowmeter as well as tests for noise reduction and rectification are introduced. The noise reduction effect of the denoise rectifier is verified by testing interference of ultrasonic noise produced by pressure regulator to ultrasonic flowmeter.The rectification effect of the denoise rectifier is verified by determining the relative error and repeatability of ultrasonic flowmeter with or without the denoise rectifier respectively. Experimental data show that the denoise rectifier can effectively reduce ultrasonic noise from the interference source,and can effectively solve the problem of low accuracy of the ultrasonic flowmeter which is caused by the influence of disturbance airflow in the pipeline. The repeatability of ultrasonic flowmeter with the denoise rectifier is better than that of ultrasonic flowmeter without the denoise rectifier.
