Study of Stochastic Dynamic Programming and Gane Analyzing of Ecosystem Sustainable Development on the Loess Plateau Based on Complexity

The sustainable development on the Loess Plateau plays an important role in China westward exploitation strategy. This paper summarizes some complexity theory and dynamic programming theory to discuss this problem. Then, a stochastic multi-dimension model about dynamic programming is constructed based on MDP. In addition, we analyze the problem of sustainable development of water resource on the Loess Plateau by the evolutionary game model in the decisionmaking process. Some countermeasures are also put forward.
