The integrated methodology and system frame of modeling, optimizing and operating the Web business process are researched and discussed. Their core theories and technologies include: Web service modeling method of Web generalized resources and Web business process integrated with ontology and semantic Web; the autonomous and self-adaptive Web service refresh algorithm based agent model and QoS ontology; the rapid algorithm of service discovery and choice during creating Web process; the methods about the creation of complicated Web business and the research of constraint satisfied problems of large-scale optimization problems accompanied with the demands of combined services and share services; the Web process simulation and optimization methods based on Petri net. Furthermore, modeling, optimizing and operating systems of the Web business process in the background of networked-logistic business process are researched. Researching the modeling and optimization of the Web business process by means of ontology and semantic Web and importing semantic information into the description of Web service and Web process will promote the research and application of the Web business process and the integration of socialized resources in the logistics industry.
