An improved L A T E X template for Icarus submissions that eases the transition to the nal Elsevier publication process

The Icarus Editorial Oce does not provide any kind of electronic template (L ATEX or otherwise) for authors to follow for submission, only a set of written instructions. Elsevier, the publisher for Icarus, provides a LAT E X template but its formatting is dieren t from that required by Icarus during the sumission and review process. Ideally, one template that could be used for both processes that requires minimal of ddling to convert from \Icarus" mode to \Elsevier" mode is desired.
