The general and supplementary criteria,procedures and requirements for engineering education professional accreditation are briefly introduced.The improvement of curriculum system for safety engineering undergraduate education is summarized.Professional practice,internationalized vision etc.is promoted in the newly curriculum system.It is expected that the improved curriculum system can make students' comprehensive quality and ability to meet all of the requirements of the engineering education professional accreditation,and it's very effective in promoting the quality of teaching,the mutual joint between universities' safety engineering education and certified safety engineer system,and thus bringing China's certified safety engineer system in line with international practice.
