Thecurrent transport systems havetoprovide agiven level ofservice tothefinal customer. Dynamic piloting models, able toreact quickly totheevents mustbedesigned toguarantee this level ofservice. Inthis article, we areinterested in thedynamic management ofavehicles fleet, dedicated tothepick-up and/or delivery ofparcels ina customers set. In order tohavea more realistic model, travel times andtimewindows aresubject tovariations. We will present twoindicators qualifying avehicle routing service level insuchsituation. Theyallow thedecision makertorealize a compromisebetween service quality andrisk taking. Theseindicators will bethenintegrated inourplatform, tosolve thedynamicproblem under uncertainties.
