Design of multi-motor synchronous control system

This paper focuses on the digital control system of the multi-motor synchronous transmission, proposes a low-cost design of multi-motor synchronous transmission controller, which is based on a 16-bit microcontroller, and adopts the digital PID as its core control algorithm. Using the chips of MC9S12DG128B and VNH3SP30, a reliable strategy of servo-control algorithm, it not only achieves a high following performance of rotation and linear displacement, but also simplifies its peripheral equipment, reduces systemic power absorption and improves the veracity and real-time performance of the system.
