Active piloted active servo proportional valve

The invention relates to an active piloted active servo proportional valve. In the active piloted active servo proportional valve, a first oil port of a two-way hydraulic pump is communicated with a first control cavity of a primary hydraulic valve; a second oil port of the two-way hydraulic pump is communicated with a second control cavity of the primary hydraulic valve; an oil inlet of the primary hydraulic valve is communicated with an oil inlet of a first one-way valve through a first damping hole; an oil outlet of the first one-way valve is communicated with the first oil port of the two-way hydraulic pump; the oil inlet of the primary hydraulic valve is communicated with an oil inlet of a second one-way valve through a second damping hole; an oil outlet of the second one-way valve is communicated with a second oil port of the two-way hydraulic pump; the first oil port of the two-way hydraulic pump is communicated with an oil box through the second damping hole; the second oil port of the two-way hydraulic pump is communicated with the oil boxy through a fourth damping hole; a position sensor is coaxially arranged on a valve core of the primary hydraulic valve; an output signal of the position sensor is input to a controller; and an output signal of the controller controls the rotation of a motor so as to control the operation of the two-way hydraulic pump. The active piloted active servo proportional valve has the characteristics that: contamination resistance is high; external oil source is not needed; the throttle loss and the energy consumption of a piloted loop are low; the pressure of a system does not influence the dynamic response of the valve; and the dynamic response of the valve is improved by a high-response servo motor.
