A new kind of windowed fractional transforms

Several windowed fractional transforms are proposed and their characters are envisaged in detail. These new defined transforms can provide information of a signal in both the spatial and the fractional spectral domains simultaneously. The transform patterns for a specific signal are given. Some possible applications of them are suggested.
