Robustness Analysis of a Continuous Higher Order Finite-Time Control System Under Sampled-Data Control

Although the finite-time control theory and application have been studied very well in the literature, few results are concerned with the effect of sampled-data control. In this paper, first, the stability analysis of a chain of integrators under a discretized finite-time controller is given. Then, in the presence of disturbance, the robustness of the closed-loop system is also investigated. Based on a Lyapunov method, the ultimate bound for the steady states of the considered closed-loop system is estimated. Some simulation and examples are provided to verify the proposed theoretical results.
