Telemedicine quality and outcomes in stroke

目的 远程卒中是最常用和发展最迅速的远程医疗应用之一,为医院和患者提供急需的卒中专业知识。本文回顾了远程卒中的现状并提出了持续质量和患者结局监测的措施,以提高其效能并促进其实施。 方法 通过文献检索复习远程卒中的现状和相关的质量指标。编写委员会成员致力于回顾特定的质量和患者结局指标,并提出了远程卒中网络评价指标的具体建议。初稿分发给所有委员会成员进行修订,对提出的建议进行讨论以达成共识。 结果 回顾了远程卒中的模式及其在卒中诊疗系统中的作用。简要介绍质量监测的科学性以及质量指标的以往经验。复习了过程指标、患者结局、组织型纤溶酶原激活剂的使用、患者和提供者的满意度以及远程卒中技术,并提供了有关质量评价指标的建议。其他内容还包括执照、认证、培训和归档。
