Static Characteristic Analysis of Top Beam of Shield Hydraulic Support Used in Thin Coal Seam Based on ANSYS

According to the characteristics of fully mechanized mining in thin coal seam,the structure scheme of shield hydraulic support used in thin coal seam is presented.3D solid model of top beam is built and the model is simplified and meshed,boundary condition is confirmed.The force is analyzed when top beam supports focus load in two sides and in one side.The boundary condition and the load are applied respectively in these two different working conditions and the static characteristics of the top beam are analyzed with calculating results.The existing problems in the design of shield hydraulic support used in thin coal seam are pointed and the solutions and measures are proposed.
