Rapid prototyping of microfluidic structures from UV curable PTFE-like polymers: creating structures in maskless direct lithography and casting

In this paper we describe a newly developed maskless projection system for lithography based on a digital mirror device and its use for the rapid creation of microfluidic structures in a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) like highly fluorinated monomer.
