Reduktion von Carbonylverbindungen mit chiralen Oxazaborolidin‐Katalysatoren: eine neue enantioselektive Katalyse und leistungsfähige Synthesemethode

Eine hohe Enantioselektivitat kann in der durch komplexe chirale Oxazaborolidine katalysierten Reduktion von Ketonen erreicht werden. Der Katalysator aktiviert im Ubergangszustand die beiden Reaktanten und halt sie in enger Nachbarschaft zueinander (siehe Schema unten).
