Computational Analysis of Air and Heat Flow in Electronic Systems
暂无分享,去创建一个
The increasingly important contribution of Computational Fuid Dynamics to prototype testing by simulation of the thermal performance of modern electronic systems is described. A brief explanation of the physical and mathematical background is provided and advantages over alternative methods is discussed. Results are presented from four typical application types of a proprietary CFD code called Hotbox, and a case study is described in detail with some comparisons made with measured data.
