Research of Serial Bootload Based on Double-DSP System

A kind of double-DSP signal processing system composed of TMS320C62x and ADSP218x,which adopts serial bootload is introduced.TMS320C62x,as a master,bootload using ROM boot firstly.ADSP218x,as a slave,bootload using IDMA boot secondly.The detailed methods of its hardware and software are proposed.The results show that double-DSP system serial bootload is steady and reliable,meet the requirments of system.
