The invention discloses a double-balance long-stroke energy-saving beam pumping unit, which consists of a concrete seat, a beam pumping unit base, a machine frame, an anchor rope, a movable pulley rope suspending device, a drawing belt, a movable pulley bracket, a roller, a gear box, a switched reluctance motor, a balance weight frame, a balance weight anti-falling mechanism, a machine removing screw and a control cabinet, wherein the movable pulley bracket has a right-angle bracket shape and is arranged on the top part of the machine frame; one side frame of the right-angle bracket is connected with a horizontal plane on the top part of the machine frame and extends out of the top part of the machine frame leftwards; the roller, the gearbox and the switched reluctance motor are arranged on the surface of the side frame; the shaft of the roller and the output shaft of the gearbox as well as the input shaft of the gearbox and the shaft of the switched reluctance motor are connected by a belt or gear; the other side frame of the right-angle bracket is parallel with the machine frame, the roller, the gearbox and the switched reluctance motor; one end of the drawing belt is fixed on the vertical edge of the right-angle bracket and the other end of the drawing belt is connected with the balance weight frame anti-falling mechanism through the movable pulley rope suspending device and the roller; and a steel plate slideway is arranged on the concrete seat, and a screw machine removing mechanism is arranged between the rear end part of the sideway and the beam pumping unit base.
