REVERSIBLE TOXIC PSYCHOSIS AFTER CEPHALEXIN

Cephalexin Is a new semisynthetic derivative of cephalosporin C, which has the property of being well absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract when administered orally (Wick, 1967). It has a broad range of antibacterial activity and has been used successfully in treating bacterial endocarditis (Zabransky et alii, 1969).
