Dynamic Analysis of New Garbage Container Transport Frame in Back-Loaded Condition

Aiming at the defects of the existing vertical type garbage transport frame, considering about the requirement of the garbage transfer station, the design scheme of a new turnover frame is put forward, and the motion relationship of the hydraulic cylinder is determined. The vehicle model is established by Pro/E software, and the back-loaded working condition of the frame is analyzed by the ADAMS/VIEW in order to verify the operation stability. The analysis results provide a reliable basis for the frame design of the garbage transfer vehicle.
