Computerised method of coping with technostress in organizational situation

Excessive use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) of Information Systems (IS), in organizations, triggered a new type of stress called ‘Technostress’, this type of stress affects the employees who are confronted to the use of ICTs in organizations. The main objective of the present work is to help organization managers and health specialists to cope with the technostress experienced by employees. This is done by offering them a new approach that gives the possibility to use one of the most effective coping strategies in the form of a dynamic frame of reference, which will be accomplished when the whole process reaches its maturity. For that reason, we propose a semi-automatic process that will manage technostress and bring out for every component of technostress its proper Coping strategies, which will subsequently have a positive impact on the employees' well-being and the overall productivity of the organization. All these elements will have a positive impact on job satisfaction.
