The Effect of Compensation, Working Load, and the Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Era Vista Estetika

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of compensation, workload, and work environment together on employee performance at PT. Era Vista Estetika. Quantitative research methods, the data using a questionnaire via Google Form. The population in this study were permanent employees of PT. Era Vista Estetika which assessed 100 employees using on probability sampling technique because it will take the entire population as a sample. The processing technique in this study uses the SPSS program (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The questionnaire that has been provided will be processed using SPSS 16. The data analysis method uses multiple regression. Compensation, workload, and work environment together have no effect on employee performance at PT. Era Vista Estetika.
