The routines given here are the actual For t ran implementat ion of the algori thm presented and discussed in [2]. We describe in detail how to use the For t ran subroutines and how to reach the results from a call. We also give some comments on the code tha t might be of value when implementing the subroutines on a part icular machine. The subroutines have been checked with the P F O R T verifier [4] and the nota t ion from [2] is used.
