On memristor based five-order chaotic circuit

By replacing Chua's diode with an active flux-controlled memristor circuit,a memristor based five-order chaotic circuit is derived from four-order Chua's oscillator and its corresponding differential equations for the circuit state variables are established. The theoretical analysis shows that this memristor based chaotic circuit has an equilibrium set with its stability dependent on the initial state of the memristor.By using conventional dynamical analysis methods, the dynamical behaviors of the circuit with the variation of initial state are investigated. The numerical simulation results verify the correctness of theoretical analysis.
